Desync in clips?

So when I’m playing it’s usually below 30 ms ping. I get shot through walls and only half of my melee register. Aside from that it’s been mostly stable. So I still play often. However, this past week I’ve noticed I’m getting desync on all of my clips and the audio is ahead like 5 seconds.

It’s a shame too because I hit a lot of awesome clips that I wanted to use for tiktok or youtube. I guess I can still use them, I’ll have to make a desync montage instead lol

Anyone else getting desync on their xbox clips? but when you’re playing the game is fine.

Sounds like you might need more memory and/or better processor to handle capturing clips whilst running Halo Infinite. I switched to using Geforce Experience as I found it more reliable than Xbox game bar. You could try setting it to record in lower quality.

BTW, are you capturing the live game or from theatre mode?

Live footage off Series X.
I wouldn’t dare play the PC build, it’s the most unstable of them all.

I would send a bug report on Waypoint.

Are the clips through a live recording of the gameplay or after through theater mode?

For some reason, all of my clips on all of my games have rarely had perfectly synced audio on the series x. They usually are behind or ahead like you said, or they just don’t have audio at all.

That’s whack.
I don’t have this problem with other games and it only started on infinite about a week ago
