With the multiplayer of Halo 4 fresh on your minds, I ask, what do you feel should be carried over into the online experience of Halo Xbox One? What should change? Any brand new features that you hope for?
Personally, I want to see a return of Firefight.
As much as I adored Spartan Ops, I find myself with a Firefight shaped hole in my heart. I miss the instant fun that Firefight granted, and its always nice to sit back and slaughter some Covies without worrying about objectives. I am sure that the Xbox One will be able to support both Spartan Ops (assuming that they will continue SPOPS) and Firefight.
I would also like to see fully customizable emblems, something akin to BLOPS or Armored core. Only problem with that is that I imagine there will be -Yoinks!- galore, and I can’t think of a feasible way to moderate emblems.
I found Firefight to be overrated. Really no different than Gears of War’s Horde mode or CoD’s Zombie mode.
With Spartan Ops, they added waves of AI, but with a plot. What I want is for 343i to create a more relatable plot filled with less one liners, cheesy acting.
And less Palmer.
Also please no emblem editors EVER. BLOP’s suffers from an over abundance of insensitive teens making -Yoink!- and swastikas as emblems. We don’t that in Halo.

But each had it’s own uniqueness that separates it from each other.

Spartan Ops was repeatable at times, it got confusing to me as to who I was and didn’t have a campaign like feel to it like I had hoped.

I love Palmer! I feel like she has a untold story that makes her character who she is. I can’t wait for Spartan Assault btw. xD
I miss Firefight, it had me and my friends on ODST but felt rather too easy in Reach. I want a return of firefight and also personal player progression system.
