Win a slayer match without dying and outnumbered? That’s basically just a Perfection with the 15 kills requirement substituted with being outnumbered, and I don’t think there should be medals for things that shouldn’t happen in normal gameplay, such as having teammates quit.
Also, there are already medals for some of the things you mentioned, such as hammer sprees and splatter sprees. They just removed them after Halo Reach.
