Weapon: Reign
>Needle based weapon, fires in bursts of 10. Max ammo is 60.
>How it works: The reticule for the Reign is on the ground, not on the screen. It displays an area which you would like the needles to go. Once you’re ready to shoot, aim it and pull. 10 needles bursts out and arc upward, making a screeching sound similar to a Banshee, than they crash down to Earth very fast and explode on impact. Similar to a mortar strike, but with needles -Yoink!-. Plus not nearly as powerful, but strong enough to take out a player. If somebody can tell me how to use Blender properly (lol) i’ll make a model. Once I have time though, i’ll make a sketch.

Looks: About the size of a rocket, curved near the tip, Under slung, uses needle bags.
Use: As a mortar; suppressor.

[/li]- Gravity Blaster. Re-imagining of the gravity lift. Instead of being unidirectional, waves of repulsive energy are sent out, throwing players (enemy and friendly, including yourself), vehicles, fusion coils, etc. away in every direction. 5 blasts, lasting a total of 20 secs.

Jackal Shield Gauntlet
Dual-Wieldable, only on Left Hand
Only weapon that can be dual-wielded with Energy Sword, reduces Energy Sword’s lunge distance by 50%
Hold LT to block, does not slow player down, can block the damage equivalent to 2 melees, recharges 3 times after 10 seconds after being broken and then is fully used up
Good for VIP, SWAT, and Infection

Fists
Details: Master Chief’s two hands.
Looks: Chief’s colors.
Use: Punching those deserving of a good beat down.
Faction: UNSC of course.
All joking aside, I’ve always wanted to be able to utilize only fists when unarmed, and witness the destruction caused by the unrelenting strength of a SPARTAN II in MJOLNIR. It would be comparable to that of Crysis 1’s strength mode while unarmed.
I assume most of these entries are going to be Covie/Forerunner weapons, 'cos human weapons are booooringgg. 
I remember someone posting about a human melee weapon, the alloy blade? (Why not call it the wooden stick, durhurhur) Looks like the swords on the legendary shield. No lunge, can be sword blocked, but a one-hit kill if it hits.
I’m trying to think of a new weapon, but all the good ones are taken. Wait a minute, that’s the Plasma Launcher, wait that’s the needler, wait that’s the fuel rod gun, wait that’s the Spartan Laser. I’ll come back to this one if inspiration hits.

The Jackal shield is too small for an Elite or Spartan (Or Brute or Forerunner if I ran the show :D), so this never-used shield from Halo’98’ should be perfect for the job.

See the handle in the back? Like a circle? You hold that with your left/right hand (I would choose left, but dunno hwo it would look on screen) and you hold the bottom (where it lips up; the little “dent” area on the curve below the lip). Now that I think about it, the activator should be there, not on top. -blam!-

The weapon is the Machete, and I have a solution to it: The Machete takes two hits to ill, but swings very fast. A little slower than the two-hit trick in halo 2. (around 2 seconds for both hits).

Pretty much. Funny story, I used to think when I was a kid playing H2 that the brute shot was activated by slapping your hand against the inner-circle in the center of the weapon, it gave me inspiration for the Reign…yeah, i’m pretty random. Want a surreal lolipop?

No. I wouldn’t be able to taste it. No matter how far I stick my tongue out, I’d never be able to reach it.

I like this, it can work.
I wouldn’t mind seeing an ammunition-based Covie pistol. If the Needle Rifle returns, have it fire fuel rods; if the Carbine comes back, use needles with the supercombine mechanic.
Likewise, have it fill the role of whatever UNSC sidearm is unused. So if we get the Halo 2 automag, Covenant sidearm gets a scope, limited clip, and CE RoF. If CE/Reach pistol returns, give it H2 automag qualities.
