To me it mostly looks like an evolution of Reach but with the pace and feel of Halo 3 and with a bunch of CoD-inspired elements added.

I love customizable loadouts, but personally I’m a bit worried about perks, but we’ll see. And I don’t really like personal drops so I’ll most likely stay away from Infinity Playlists. As for everything else, I can adapt. Dominion in particular looks really fun, and I’m willing to try the new CTF and Regular Slayer.
