derictx12 error

so i keep getting the derictx 12 error and ive tried the change the gpu file name and changing the not compatible to low for my gpu and i still just get the error.
I have a amd radeon r9 280x, i have all the latest drivers and derictx 12 is istalled and up to date. help please.
