Dont know how to contact 343 so this is the best possible way i could think of…
Currently just finish a game of Halo 2 Anniversary online multiplayer - i was a level 14, i won the game and once it returned me to the lobby my new level was 1.
I thought this might have been a glitch so i played a game and my ranking changed to level 2.
Is there a reason why this has happened? … pretty gutted.

Just as many other things in the game, ranks aren’t working either.
