Okay, last night I completed this months monthly challenge and leveled up from 92 to 94.
When I came on this morning, I was back at rank 92 and the monthly challenge was still completed.
Anyone know why this has happened? I mean, I’ve just lost 20,000 XP after spending 4 days trying to finish it.
Can anyone help?

Did you turn off your Xbox after the game you completed the challenge in? I lost XP from a monthly Challenge once because I Dashboarded and turned my Xbox off after getting a challenge for some reason it saved the fact that I completed the challenge but not that I got the XP and leveled up.

After finishing the game, I went back to the main menu of the game then turned the Xbox off.

That’s probably what happened then. Next time you complete a significant challenge or level a lot in one play session play another game or go into the armory so the game will save your player progress data.
