I has a weapon idea.
Itz called the DEPN Gun. Or Delayed Explosive Projected Needle Gun.
It fires a small needle-like projectile, able to pierce anything, even Spartan shields.
After piercing the target, it will lay still for 4 seconds before exploding with the power of a Frag grenade.
Causing area-of-effect damage. But it does 4x damage to target it has pierced since its inside of that target.
( Lol. imagines a Spartan imploding )
It must be reloaded after each shot.
If you are at long range, you must slightly lead the target.
This weapon looks similar to the Sniper Rifle, but without the bi-pod at the bottom, and the clip.
Instead of a clip, it has a rather large compartment similar to the mid-section of the Rocket Launcher.
The DEPN-G comes with a Sniper scope.
If you still don’t have a good idea of the DEPN, just think of the Black Ops Scavenger Sniper.

I remember that gun, from gameplay footage . I guess it isn’t bad really. It should be considered a power weapon, and have low ammo though.

The laser isn’t op at all. Half the time people miss, because they are being shot in the face,while there zoomed in. It’s easy to counter the charge time. I find H3 laser better than Reach, just saying.
