What does this mean? What is the significance?
Maybe it’s because it looks like Halsy’s ONI badge? Hers was see-through, though.

Chief’s clone clearly lived longer than people thought, or oni made fake documents, and certain interviewees are lying.
To me, the badge seems to corroborate Deon’s claim that he taught at a boxing gym.
I guess this really just confirms pokemon in halo 5. Deon’s gym badge. The first of many more.
