This has been on my mind since Halofest in August. Will there be a demo soon available on the XBL marketplace? It would be awesome, but I can understand if there won’t be one. Can anyone clarify for me? If you cannot clarify and are just as intrigued by the possibility as me, post what mission you think it should be if there will be a demo.
Honestly I’d like The Silent Cartographer like in the PC demo.
I have not heard anything about a DEMO yet. Maybe they’ll be one but I am not really expecting one. If there were to be one I’d say it should be AotCR. If that level doesn’t sell you on Halo nothing will.

I mean, it’s a remake… the original game’s out there if you want to play it.
It’s a possibility, but since it’s not a tremendous release I doubt it.

Yeah. I got the original. A complete level walkthrough would be just as fine with me also. I just want a showcase of the new graphics.
Why would there be a demo for a game alot of people already played?
There’s a free demo of Halo CE on the PC if you want to try it.
Reach was the first Halo game I’ve heard of ever having a demo. No other title needed one to try and sell. I bet there are a lot of gamers out there who are undecided if they want to buy HCEA b/c it;s a game they’ve already played before. A demo could certainly sway them and would give sure-buyers a taste of the action before release.
