Anyone else think they should release a a short intro Demo to get all us all stired up? Also it would be a good chance for the community to weigh in on what they like and don’t like before the final cut of the game comes out.
They will no doubt release a multiplayer beta several months before release.

I suspect it’s unlikely to happen. Though the ‘fight’ testing program is supposed to start at some point…I suspect we may hear more about this in the incoming months or early 2020.

Unlikely that’ll they’ll leave it so late since the multiply flights wouldn’t make much sense to leave it so late into it’s development.

I only put several months as we don’t have a release date for the game yet. My point being is that they are bound to do a multiplayer beta at some point in the games development.

Sure but from a testing point of view there’s really not much any of us could do if they left it too late and is more likely to end up with a buggy release.
Which is why the dev’s need to plan their testing well before the release, not release it as a ‘demo’ but sadly a lot of people do have a habit of forming their entire opinions based on a test since there designed for bug finding and should actually be there to make sure it helps to fix a majority of those issues before releasing an actual demo.
Though I guess we could partly blame some developers out there due to some dev’s using this to sell early access to a paid ‘beta’…which gives the wrong impression of what these test’s are meant for, when in most cases a close beta to release date is generally basically a demo that generally shouldn’t be used as beta so close to release.
They are doing flights at some point so a demo is unlikely as for flights hmm maybe they start talking about it toward end of the year going into 2020 obviously flights will start first on the xbox one then pc after I believe they said

I didn’t know it was coming to PC? Is that confirmed?
If they do flights that would be great but I’m guessing that would be at best on the X1X?

When the final game releases it will be on all 3 xbox one systems scarlet and windows 10 they confirmed multiple times they are doing flights
There will be a beta for sure. But the resources used for a demo are more than likely being used for beta flights. We’ll know more in the begining of next year. Not sure when theyre planning on a beta though. Considering we had one in December. 10 months before release of H5. Hopefully something similar? But can’t get your hopes up. It might be after e3 next year
I’d love a campaign demo. Even if we don’t get that though there will be MP betas.
We will get flights, but id love to see a campaign demo but they better not do that false marketing again like halo 5 and keep the deno into the final product. Reach did it right when they showed their demo in E3 2010 which was basically the 5th mission at the start before jorge and six went to space.
Well what ever they do/call it I hope we get to play a bit of halo infinite before its finally launched and give feedback.
The mission selected for a playable demo is important. LNoS was a terrible pick, Bungie just wanted to show off their fancy cinematics and space battle mechanics. There was barely anything going on on the level before that. The infinitely spawning waves of enemies sounded good on paper, but it played out so one-sidedly, with marines getting creamed. Also, there were scarcely any checkpoints to work from which diminished it’s replay value.
Silent Cartographer was a solid pick for Halo PC.
As for an E3 demo release, I agree with AMA4N.

Silent Cartographer was also a pick for Original Xbox and is too this day one my favorite game levels. It also worked well in that it didn’t spoil the story at all.
They’ll probably release a demo after E3 2020 because we will get more news about the game.
