Shielding doesnt speed up the 6 seconds

It only speeds up when they are on the process of recharging

I meant it takes at least 6 seconds (which you usually dont get) to start to recharge without being hit

I was replying to SquattingTurtles post about the shielding AA

Agreed OP, I think they should recharge as quickly as Halo 3/2 shields. Especially as Halo 4 is quite a hectic shooter.

Even with the shielding perk, it doesn’t seem to speed it up all that much…
