I preordered the limited edition console which comes with the deluxe digital download. I downloaded the game first because I intended to play the campaign first and then redeem my 14 day xbox live trial. Once I finished the campaign I redeemed the 14 day trial. I expected to find my req bundle and the fall of reach awaiting me as it should have been for I had spent 500 dollars on said console and am intitled to receive all that I was promised. No sooner did I remember that the online downloadable content required xbox live gold membetship. I suspect that the main reason I have not received my req bundle or the fall of reach was because I had not redeemed the Xbox live gold trial prior to downloading the deluxe edition. However I find it impractical to have to redeem the trial before I intend on using it. It is in poor taste that I should be penalized for not wasting 3 precious days of the highly perishable xbox live gold trial. I trust that you will understand my problem and I expect to hear back from you guys soon with a solution to this problem. You guys do a great job every day and I trust that you will do the right thing as you usually do.
