You should be able to Disband a Spartan Co., thus removing it from the system.
Me too I cannot disband my spartan company. It’s only me in the company and not active. What do I do?
If you can’t disband the company because you’re the only one in it, resigning from the company is another option.
How do I resign from the company
On your company page go to Administration. There you will see options to Resign or Disband.

Well, apparently, I have lost all access for moderation and CAN’T edit/delete my Spartan Co.

That could be because it’s not active yet. Maybe just have everyone leave/resign from the Co.
