Hmmm I’ve felt at times like it was taking forever, but I figured it was just me. Seems possible considering how almost everything in the game has gone wrong at some point. If it’s true then that’s a subtle but huge issue.
I noticed the shield recharge delay earlier when I was playing through the Halo 4 campaign on solo. I never noticed there was a longer delay on 4 then the other games.
