I haven’t seen any 343 posts in here directly apart from in the stickies above but I assume someone from the studio is responsible for reviewing the feedback in here. I see Community Engineers post here now and then but not sure if they are 343 employees.
343 does not post here (to my knowledge). They have what xCHEMISTx referred to, Community Engineers, and moderators and such… It’s sad to say, but Halo Waypoint is 343’s last point of communication. You are better off going to twitter to get an answer which is stupid imo.
They don’t respond to any of the threads I’ve seen here. As Axios Chronos said I’ve had luck direct tweeting bravo with questions/concerns.
