Because its fun? I don’t know, its a foreign concept to some people but MCC is still fun. I would say try playing other games if MCC is really fatiguing/-Yoink!- you off so much. Also I find it hard to believe that someone using speed boost and out BRing you caused you to break your controller. I mean you must of pissed before that to want to actually throw the controller.

My controller feels like it’s going to break in my hand from normal use. I couldn’t imagine what it’d do if I threw it at a wall. It’d probably explode blinding me with plastics shards…LOL.

I feel your pain. These games feel like the made in mexico knock off versions of the originals.
Just sounds like you were outplayed, dude. Multiplayer was frustrating and sometimes yeah there are hit bugs still, but if its bothering you that much then perhaps take some time out before you break something more expensive than a controller. 
You got angrier problems.
I think, if you get to that point of angry. It is a good sign to put down the controller, go outside, and go on a run or play catch with the local kids. Relieve some stress out in the sun. It’ll do wonders to the mind and spirit ^-^

I think this is quite important and should have been mention in the OP…
Surely the game still has hundreds of glitches and should never have been shipped, even in the state that it is in today.

Apparently someone didnt play Mortal Kombat 2 on Genesis back in the day. I went through like 4 controllers. My parents were pretty upset with me but it wasnt entirely my fault. I was 8 and we all know that -Yoinking!- game was cheating.

OP went over the top too, but you don’t know the op, who says he has anger issues? Although it is pretty bad that a video game got him mad enough to do this, he clearly said that was the first and only time this has happened, so saying he needs a therapist for one instance is a little over the top, and probably pretty offensive to the op. Sometimes people explode, if someone gets frustrated and beats their pillow to a pulp to cope with it rather than beating someone else’s face in, I’d say that’s a pretty good way to handle it, doesn’t mean they need a therapist. He happened to blow up and throw his controller, big whoop. He harmed nobody, no need to be douchey about things all the time.
