Hi, yesterday I was playing hw2 when I noticed that half of my campaign got blocked as I never played the missions, including the season pass campaign. I still have the skulls but I lost most of the cinematics and some stats from online, most of my logs and my campaign progress show as if finished it all, still I only have like 5 playable missions.

Same was happening to me. I ended up switching to PC that fixed my problem but PC has its own set of problems like DLC not being available even when purchased and crashes.
