So I got a message from LIVE today with a specialization code in it, and managed to accidentally delete it. I don’t know if there’s any way to get another code, but this is where Microsoft Customer Support directed me, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

You can still retrive it from the trash box.
I wasn’t aware that Xbox Live had a trash bin, so I’m looking for it now. If I can find my original one, I won’t use the one that Biohazard sends me. Thanks for everyone’s help so far!

I think he was talking about an Xbox LIVE message, not email. There is no trash bin for LIVE messages.

Score 1 for me. I predicted this happening last week and got flamed for suggesting that people would manange to do this.
I also managed to delete my code, I wrote it down and then deleted the message because deleting the message when i’m done reading it is whats comes natural, and ya I guess I wrote it down wrong.

Yeah mine got deleted too, my dog stepped on my controller while I was writing the code down. Pretty moronic to not have a confirmation to delete a message while you’re in your dashboard.
Yeah well what would be nice is if The Dashboard had a prompt for deleting messages i.e. ‘Are you sure you want to delete selected messages?’ like every other piece of software.
I also pressed ‘A’ by mistake and bam, gone.
