This type of stuff happens all the time in every halo game so it’s nothing new. All I recommend is go to his rep and click on avoid player, that’s all you can do.
I find it kind of amusing you got so worked up over this. Did you ever play the other halo’s? Friendly fire was on for pretty much every gametype I can think of so team mates that are more frustrating than the other team were rather common. Nothing more frustrating than being betrayed for picking up a power weapon that they wanted to have.
In short: it happened, that sucks, it will happen again, shake it off and try again
Sucks that you had to deal with that, and probably will again at some point. Real shame that people find making other people mad fun, I tell you what. Best thing to do is move on, I reckon. I guess you can file a complaint (done via viewing his gamer profile) if his behavior is against the Xbox LIVE Code of Conduct; you should check up on that.

Kind of unrelated, but I’ll say it anyway. I have an odd feeling that ever since Reach this hasn’t actually done anything to decrease the chances of matching up against that player again. It doesn’t for me, at least; players I avoided for being far more skilled have popped up again for me days (and in one case a month) later.
Once in a CTF game I had a guy who kept on lowering my shields and making me vulnerable. What made it even worse was he was specifically targeting me, no one else he just followed me everywhere shooting me with a plasma pistol.
Then when I would die and have dropped the flag he would pick it up and just run the flag back to the enemy base. Because I never choose to quit I had to deal with the guy for the whole match.
SO ANNOYING.
They said they turned team betral off in all gametypes yet it exists in domion, grifball, CTF, and so many more. Turn it off like you said you would 343!
if they cant teamkill you just ignore them.

Betrayal and friendly fire have been an integral part of Halo since the beginning. 343i will NOT remove it, so stop complaining about it. It’s so pointless.
You all complain about 343 changing too many things. If they take out friendly fire, more Halo “purists” are going to have more fuel for their arguments.
This has always been in Halo since Halo CE. I guess just deal with it. It’s in the game. You will from time to time match with little 12 year old kids.

this.
If this is the first time you’ve been trolled whilst gaming then you have either barely played or are incredibly lucky. It’s definitely not something worth following up and it will certainly happen again. There are youtube channels dedicated to this sort of stuff.
If the player knew you’d come straight online to ask for advice about this he’d know his trolling was very successful indeed.
