You really have to question as to why someone would want to hack in a five year old game.
If they have to hack on a game that has been out for 5 years then they are no very good.

You sure he was hacking? or maybe he was beating you because you were lagging?
Matchmaking doesn’t let you pick and choose who you play with. Either quit or just avoid the playlist you found the cheater in. Don’t forget to report them too
