Yeah, why not make an original Halo game instead of trying so hard to remake Halo 1? Combine what made the past Halos great (fast movement speeds, higher jump heights, non visible bloom, etc) with what made Reach great (better graphics, Invasion mode, etc). Halo: Reach (yes, HALO REACH, not LOL-REACH, Halo is like a family and you shouldn’t disown a game just because its not completely to your liking) will never be Halo 1. Thats not what it is. So stop trying to make into somethings its not, and instead try to make it play more like a Halo game but not more of the same.

Halo CEA is part of Reach. It in no way takes away from Reach.
343 is working on Halo 4 so you’ll get your wish next year.

I thought Halo: Reach was already its own game.

…i don’t get it. :frowning:

Ok, i dont have a problem with CEA, im just saying to lay off of 343, they are trying their best to emulate CE in Reach even though in reality its near impossible to make an exact copy of CE’s multiplayer. So instead lets try to make Halo: Reach into a good HALO game, instead of a knock off of Halo 1.

I hope you guys dont think im a troll. Im just new to some stuff.

being new is okay but…i still don’t get it.

Reach was it’s own game long before CEA was announced. i’m not sure i’m understand what point you’re trying to make.

Need some help with it?

He’s disagreeing with the Anniversary Playlists and how the TU is changing the settings such as tweaked Bloom, buffed Magnum and all these small things to mimic the feel that Halo: CE Multiplayer had. He thinks that the changes overly affects the outcome of the game and disrespects the Classic and Original feel of the game, Halo: Reach that was released on September 14th 2010.

Basically, he’s saying let the Title Update affect Reach’s default Gameplay Mechanics. He already has his solution though as the TU only affects Anniversary Playlists but he’s still annoyed people are trying to make the TU Changes Universal.

oh. why didn’t you just say that OP? :stuck_out_tongue:

confusing thread title is confusing.

i don’t get your idea. Please make yourself clear in the future.

Wrong! I love classic gameplay, im trying to say that trying to turn Reach into Halo 1 will never work fully. i love no bloom. i would love faster movement speeds. at the same time, i love AAs, especially sprint.

Please excuse if this is hard to understand i have ADD and when i write stuff out its in away i understand but unfortunately others might not understand.

I see. So your saying that you want new changes to the Halo: Reach Multiplayer but you don’t want them to be inspired by Halo: CE’s Gameplay Mechanics. Well I’ll just say this. Anniversary Gametypes are there to support those who love Classic CE Gameplay. Do not change the Gameplay of Halo: Reach in a universal standpoint. Keep the Bloom. Keep the Default Speeds. Keep everything.

Default Halo: Reach needs no changes to it. Anniversary Reach can have as many changes as it wants though.

Not really like a family. People like this because it has been unchanged for a long time. Then reach comes in and it is like new game. Hence why people say it is not halo.
