I was doing the ODST achievement (activate all audios) and when I activated the 28th I press pause before the achievement pop up, so the achievement never pop up, I have all the audio achievements except 28 and obviously the one that require all the audios, I even have the 30th, and I have all the audio files in the menu, so there is a way to fix that? or delete the progress in the game to activate all again?

The achievements are buggy since the Halo 3: ODST release on MCC.
I got my two last achievements like one month or more after I found the last one.
I was playing the campaign and suddenly they popped up.
Just wait and keep playing. 
you are right, 1 day after I was playing Halo 5, and the achievements pop up
