I had the war games map pass on an old account. I had to create a new gamertag and purchased the maps again. Despite having paid for the map packs, the game prompts me to delete my map pack content when I sign in. I have deleted and downloaded them again, but this did not solve the problem. Also, I never get any DLC maps in matchmaking.
