how about deleting the daily credit limit for the last month? i would like to reach the inheritor rank before halo 4. now im a legend and still need around 1 million credits for the mythic rank and about 15 million more to reach inheritor
now,im almost reaching the daily credit limit every day but i assume i still wont reach inheritor.
i know this may sound stupid because of people boosting to much then and so on,but if the daily limit wouldnt exist i could play the s*** out of reach and maybe reach inheritor then
and since the population is diminished to around 50,000 people at top times,i think nobody would mind cause with the drop of halo 4 the population will be diminished again to around 5000 people at top times(just assuming)

Agreed. Im on my way to Forerunner. The perfect rank before 4. Get it. Basically who cares bout rank. Worry about the achievements. not the ranks.

There are people who used to be able to get 1-2 million credits in three hours with Custom Challenges before they made the credits add instantly, although custom challenges as a whole made Inheritor mean little to nothing, it still isn’t fair on those who put the effort in doing it.
Besides, nothing is stopping you hopping on after Halo 4’s release to get Inheritor.

WTF are you talking about? He has to put in the work and hours whether there’s a cap or not. The problem is we should be able to gain credits at our own speed. If we want to play for 16 hours a day and gain 400k, that should be our choice. I hate playing half my day without gaining credits. I was hoping to hit 100 million by the time I stop playing. Of course, it was too much to ask of these idiots to get rid of the cap completely at some point even though H4 is out now. I’m sitting on 45 million credits right now, but I would have well over 50 if all the hours I’ve played capped counted. These goofballs broke the cap to the point it froze commendations for THREE MONTHS and refused to even acknowledge it. They still don’t listen to all the pleas to get rid of the cap. They even pulled the same stupid -Yoink- with Halo 4, which is one of the reasons I’m not playing that. I got my 100 gamerscore and came back to Reach.

Only if you abuse custom challenges. If you straight up play firefight all day, it takes around 8 hours to hit 200k.

I just love how people want to grind as quickly as possible…
I really don’t care about my rank, except for the fact that if I check the “similar skill” box in the search options i’ll end up with real competition down the line 
If you really care about your rank to the point where you play firefight all freekin day just to advance rank… you are pathetic.
I almost thought about grinding for this week’s challenge, but I decided it really wasn’t worth it.
Honestly, why does everyone care so much about inheritor? It’s just a rank (and the skull looks pretty bad in my opinion) and from what i’ve learned, rank sure as heck does not mean skill (most of the time anyways).

You’re damn right. As long as you’re playing, you should receive credits. Why should we only be allowed to gain a certain amount every day? It’s stupid and people screamed about the cap on Halo 4 when it was released too. It’s half the reason I decided not to play H4. They’re making the same mistakes again.

Makes me lol because it used to be 100,000. Last year not only did 343 increase the amount of bonus credits the DOUBLED the cap to 200,000!

Credit cap doesn’t force players to stop playing but I could see lawsuits being filed if a kid dies from extreme gaming (and it has happened several times people have died) and all a parent of this child has to do is make a case that the game REWARDED players that played an unhealthy amount.

No other major title limits daily progression. There’s no extra reward for playing long hours, same as anyone else at any pace. It’s not the game’s fault if you play yourself to death. People want to blame everything but themselves. It’s also not “twice as much.” It was 120k, then 200k. I have 174 days of playtime at this point, and I’m going to keep complaining until they get rid of this cap. For that matter, a daily cap on people that are already the max rank is even dumber.
Lol I grinded for the weekly through grifball…I got the challenge but you know what they go do?..make the same damn challenge again Lolz im not doing it this time screw that.
