Hey halo universe and 343i
i have great respect for 343 and love what you are doing
but i’m sure many topics and complaints have been made about the 3 Defiant achievements for multiplayer that you added to the game
i thankyou for your return of the Squad DLC playlists
but the achievements all require the defiant maps and the objective side of the DLC maps dont exsist, many people are constantly searching and playing to get one of these small achievements, its not that the description of what you have to achieve is a problem, it is just the map requirement.
many players on forums are mostly willing to boost the achievements, i personally dont like boosting and wouldnt follow that method of obtaining them.
i hope for the sake of some of the halo universe you find a small way to just make these few achievements easier to obtain for people who want them.
just hoping someone at 343i takes the voice of many into consideration
and that the halo community can also comment and leave their views down below
Hey, did anybody complain about the map specific acheivements for Halo 3 DLC? My guess would be no since those achievements weren’t gametype specific (if I remember correctly).
Halo 3 had alot of achievements which you could use specific playlists to help obtain, such as Team Mythic, i see a playlist such as Prenium Battle which they removed helpful for the CTF one i need from aniversary

What I mean is, these achievements are map specific AND gametype specific. If you played in a regular playlist in Halo 3 and those DLC maps came up you could get those achievements, since it didn’t matter what the gametype was (majority of the time). I could get the “Kill 3 players with the Ghost” on that dock DLC level on Slayer, CTF, etc.
yeah i’m currently doing team objective for the 1CTF one, still nothing, i played ALOT of living dead and nothing,
and the armour lock one is like, rare luck that is silly to make map specific
Hard to obtain?
They are called ACHIEVEMENTS for a reason.
sorry but i see an achievement hard to obtain due to the requirements of what skill you have to use to complete it
map specific for maps that you cant get on matchmaking hardly at all isnt something that can be helped by indeviduals

Play with friends who have DLC if you are so fussed, Achievements hardly make a difference either way.
