Can we have a BTB playlist with the default reach settings for those that prefer regular over TU settings? This is not ment to be a debate between TU and Vanilla so don’t make it one. Thanks in advance 343.
With Bleed-through being removed, which was one of the major complaints about it, I’m not sure if there are any dramatic problems with accepting the TU for most Vanilla supporter so it would be a little redundant.
Unfortunately, I believe 343 is already at (or close) to the maximum number of playlists that Reach could support. I don’t know whether it’s a physical space issue, or that they simply don’t want to risk dividing the players so that other playlists would have dangerously low populations.

They wouldn’t need to make a new list. Just revert one of the BTB lists back to Vanilla settings. Then maybe they’d be justified in being slightly less redundant to each other.

I do suppose they could revert regular BTB back to 'nilla settings, since Anniversary BTB was created with the TU already implemented. Although, I don’t know how it would play out with the addition of the new Heavy variants.

Actually there are problems with having 85% bloom on a BTB map for much the same reason as TUing invasion would be very bad which pretty much everyone seems to agree with. Long range DMR fights are pretty bad because its almost impossible to get back in scope when you get knocked out of it now and have a chance at turning the fight around, and the game turns into zero bloom fest most of the time seeing as you can sit back, sit down and take pot shots at everything at maximum speed with no loss of accuracy. Feels very much like rifle balance has been broken IMO.
Ive also noticed that while the AL tweak is nice in a 4v4 setting, throw in vehicles and you get popped out in one wraith shot/banshee bomb/rev bomb. This makes it much less useful against vehicles now, especially taking on the OP banshee and surviving 4 bombs in a row so you can actually move off spawn which you cannot do anymore, thus instead of nerfing the crazy banshee bomb like everyone wanted, they went and made it much more effective ಠ_ಠ. It has also destroyed the EMP ability because that takes 3 seconds to charge up which you dont get to time to do anymore.
All AL is good for in BTB now is punking charging ghosts :/. Considering they also removed evade, this leaves infantry very little options at all against vehicles which more often than not leads to a team cowering inside their base while being circled by tanks and revs. Its a shame, more balance was broken by putting TU in BTB than even 343i realise. And it does basically amount to a redundant playlist.

I would just throw my Reach disk like a frisbee out of the window. Because can’t stand vanilla.
At least now, with a faster DMR killtime, spamming noobs get killed more by pacers.

With a ZB rifle while crouching, wouldn’t pacers lose due to virtually no reason to not shoot as fast as possible? Just a thought.

You guys realize that there´s a weapon designed for that?, It´s called the Sniper Rifle…DMRs are not supposed to be Mini Snipers…
Bloom Reduction is plain stupid, made for people who where so bad that they couldn´t hit or kill a thing (and now they believe they are freaking awesome) @ Vanilla settings. And those who could aim properly, now spam crouch it like idiots.
Or just lower the damage done by the DMR and reduce it´s magazine to 12 lol, let´s see how awesome people are.
I bet if 343i removed JetPack, many players wouldn´t kill a thing.

100% bloom did not work at all, players could spam and spam and spam and beat a pacer.
