Default map image

You know how you make a map from forgeworld and it just shows a small forge world image next to it, same as how if you select another map it shows you the base map image. Well… wouldn’t it be better if that little icon was just a small screenshot of the map that you could take while forging? When you browse for maps it would be easier to find good maps and easier to sort through all of the “troll” maps you see nowadays. Also if you’re like me with about 200 maps, it gives you a better idea of what map you are selecting, if you can’t remember the name of the map that you want to load.

I can agree with this. I’d like to see a small side pic showing the map, not a generic one of forge world for instance.

This.

A troll could still Forge something that looks like a good map, use that as the thumbnail, and then spawn you on top of a gigantic floating replica of something unmentionable, however. What we need to address that is an in-game reporting system.

But this idea would be exceptional for legitimate maps.

Not a bad idea, but I think that if there was a file making option for maps it wouldn’t be needed.

Yeah, Im all for a file system too, but I’ve also got alot of slayer maps, and I cant tell them apart from each other just by the description, and this would help there too.

I’d use it
