Okay, seeing as the achievement didn’t pop for me - like most people, it seems - I started looking around for answers. And upon seeing the claims that all you had to do was replay any chapter in any episode, I just quickly redid the first chapter of the new episode. Still didn’t pop. So I went back to my episode list, and even though ALL episodes and chapters showed to have been completed earlier on the day, it suddenly doesn’t anymore. All of episode two is suddenly not completed, even though I’ve completed all of them on Heroic or higher. I’m starting to get tired of this. I’ve had this happen with several chapters in the first and second episode before as well.
Yea samething happen to me you need to do them all on heroic thats what made it unlcok for me.
try turinig off the box and reloading the game. Then beat one of the chapers of episode 5 and see what happens
I played the first chapter in the first episode, on easy. Worked for me.
Completed all the chapters, all on legendary or heroic, nothing. Probably reload the game and play one of the chapters in episode 5 and see what happens.
Your stats do state you are missing 5 chapters.
I completed all of Episode 5 in matchmaking, but it didn’t pop.
Then I played Ep1, Ch.1, and I got it. It seems this is the norm for “play X number of Y”-type cheevs in H4: you need to go at least 1 over to get it.
Just load up another SpOp (probably any one will do), complete it, and that should be you solution.

I went to Waypoint and that showed 20/25 as well. So I started up the game again and that’s showing 25/25 again. What the…? I’m now trying to replay another mission to get the achievement -.-

There. I got it. Playing another episode from 5 online didn’t help. But playing the first episode of the first chapter solo did. This game is quite broken sometimes. Such a shame.

Glitched achievement.
I have completed all chapters of all five episodes on Heroic or harder and this achievement still hasn’t popped.
I tried playing episode 1, chapter 1 (twice) as people have suggested and it still didn’t come up.
I restarted my Xbox, the game told me I hadn’t beat episode 1 of chapter 5 (which I did), so I replayed it and the the achievement still didn’t come up.
What gives??

I managed to get it after messing around with it for longer than I had wanted. I replayed two missions out of the fifth episode and it then I had alternating readings when looking at the episodes between tries. And then it suddenly popped when I did the very first mission on easy, solo. It’s ridiculous how buggy this is though. I think all you can do is keep trying

Episode 2 has been behaving like this since I completed it on its release day. One moment Play Chapters doesn’t display any progress, back out and back in and my Heroic completion appears above each chapter.
What is it with this game and buggy challenges and now this Achievement!
I didn’t get the achievement after playing through all new chapters this morning, checked the episode/chapter list, and the top (episode) menu showed no completion at all for Episode 2 (though going down into the chapter list for Episode 2 and looking at each individual chapter shows they are completed). I thought that was a little funny, given that I’ve actually probably played Episode 2 more than any of the others as I had more free time that week. I didn’t think much of it and had to go to class. Got back, ate lunch, and checked again–huzzah, it was showing completion for Episode 2! Figuring I just had to play and beat a random episode for it to pop, I looked up the Episode 5 easter egg and chose to do matchmaking on that chapter. Finished it…still nothing.
Came on to these forums to make a thread, and found this one. I will note that it now shows no completion for Episode 2 in the episode list once again, but lists the correct difficulty and completion when browsing through the chapter list of that episode.
Good grief this is a little annoying.
I’ve just replayed Episode 5 Chapter 1 solo on easy and the Achievement unlocked.
I got it replaying Ep 1 Chap 1 on easy… it’s a shame actually…
Got it from doing Episode 3 Chapter 4 solo on Easy. It didn’t pop when trying missions in matchmaking. It looks like the common thread here is trying a chapter (probably any chapter) on solo, on EASY.
i have no problems toget the achievement. i played with a friend and after finishing the last chapter it pops up. no replayof any other level or something like that. we did it on legendary.
Its bugged, you have to play a mission solo, then it unlocks.
