I have completed all the Spartan Ops missions on legendary (except episode 5: chapter 1, did that on heroic) and didn’t get the achievement. Anyone else have this problem? And how did you fix it if you did?

Do any mission solo on normal difficulty. It will unlock. When it doesnt unlock automatically, you just do it solo.
No, you don’t need to do this solo. I’ve not done the two last chapters of episode 5 and I had unlock the achievment.
You may have forgotten one chapter somewhere…
Does need to be SOLO…just offline.
The Achievement is cranky. just go read the 50+ threads already started and answered about this same EXACT topic.
Mine didn’t unlock after beating them all through matchmaking, so I was gonna go through them solo on normal but it unlocked after completing the first mission.

Just doing a single custom Spartan Ops on any difficulty unlocks it once you’ve beaten everything.
