I’ve completed every Spartan Ops mission on Heroic or harder but haven’t popped the achievement. Anyone else have a similar issue?
You aren’t the only one, I noticed it after I completed the final chapter on Episode 5, I went through my list of episodes and I have completed them all and no achievement.
By the way, it doesn’t have to be heroic or harder, it can be on any difficulty.
You have to beat one of the missions on solo on any difficulty then it should unlock for you.
Either you beat all the episodes and chapters solo, or co-op, then you unlock the achievement. If you did some solo and some co-op you won’t get the achievement
not true mine popped on 5 5 without soloing 5 4 or co oping 3 others
I’ve personally beat every mission on co-op and episode 1 solo

The achievement didn’t pop?
If so, re-do the first one in co-op, or re-do all of them solo.
