For the achievement, you have to complete all chapters in the first 5 episodes of Spartan Ops on any difficulty. I just finished a run through the last chapter, but then did not unlock the achievement. I checked on Waypoint to make sure I had all 25 chaptes complete, which it said I did (all of the previous 4 episodes were also completed solo legendary). I then checked in-game, and all progress for episode 2 was missing. No solo, no coop. I reset my game, checked again, and the episode 2 status is now there, and the game shows all 5 chapters complete… but still no achievement?
What can I do here? Cross my fingers and hope when I solo episode 5 on legendary that the achievement kicks in?
The exact thing happened to me with the Episode 2 glitching and didn’t get the achievement. I played a mission from episode 1 on normal and I got the achievement after that.

Same here. It was fine until I finished episode 5. Then it said I never finished episode 2. Played through one of the chapters in episode 1 on normal, solo, and I got my achievement.
