Attention: There was a problem with the Dedicated Server. I keep getting this message every time I try to play any type of matchmaking. My network statistics are Download: 56.34MB/S & Upload: 6.23MB/S, the Xbox One multiplayer and network tests showed no issues, and the Xbox Live website is showing no alerts or issues with their service. Can anyone please help or explain what is going on? I just bought this game and had to wait over 2 hours for an insane 18GB update to even start the game and now this is happening! Please someone help me out, I would be extremely grateful for any explanation or advice to why this is happening.
Its been happening for a couple days now… I too just bought the game and apparently its probably from new gamer traffic stemming from the holidays… Hopefully 343 fixes it soon. I’ve also just reset my XBox and it seemed to allay the issue temporarily anyway.
Thanks I wasn’t sure if it was my set up or if their servers were down cause I couldn’t find any alerts anywhere. It’s crazy how ignorant these brilliant people are sometimes. I mean how do they not prepare their servers for the holidays, and how does it take a couple days to fix it? The only reason for it to take that long is if their entire server farm blew up or some -Yoink-! At least Call of Duty’s or EA’s servers are only down for 30 to 45 minutes at a time. This should not happen to one of the most profitable games in history.
