I have a simple and logical idea that has been on my mind in regards to the MCC update. First off, give each game there own dedicated ranked team slayer playlist (this is what usually gets picked most often because of BR starts) then have a “Mash-up” playlist created for each game. This is where the consolidating comes in. I believe swat and snipers should be added into these “mash-up” playlists which would consist of CTF, Oddball, Koth, Assault, VIP, and swat and snipers exc. This idea would add a bit more variety to each game specific playlist. This would also mean less cross game playlists so players can enjoy the game they want to play with tons of variety and choices to pick from. Of course there are many other playlist issues that need to be fixed but this is just one idea I have to make MCC better for which Halo people want to specifically play.
Not a terrible suggestion but I believe Swat, Snipers, Doubles have enough of a following that stand to make themselves there own playlists. Other than that I like the idea of mash-up playlists. Overall the playlists need some attention and it looks like it may be coming in the near future so I guess we can speculate till then.

I agree with the BTB statement. And ill say it I enjoy Halo 3 really I do, but I seem to have it forced down my throat no matter what cross playlist I attempt to do. In reality I think which modes are ranked and unranked also need to be addressed. When I really think about it from all perspectives I come to this conclusion, If I want to play cross playlists H3 will be voted 90% of the time, and just playing the specific game(s) themselves there dedicated playlists are ranked which I play solo so meh it is what It is lol.
