I’ve recently spotted a decimus healing without hitting anything for siphon. I can only assume this is a massive bug. If anyone has also run into this i would like to know in case if this was just a one time thing.
He probably had Boundless Siphon or Siphon on.

He was healing himself while running away. No engineers or other healing units close to him

Siphon works as a heal pretty much as long as he has been in combat recently, so if he Siphoned and whilst attacking and then run off that would be the reason.
Decimus Warlord is so insane strong.
Again another over-buffing. But thats okay since over- or under- nerfings or buffings appear in Halo Wars 2 quite rarely… xD
