I don’t know why, but I’ve been reading many comments saying that Decimator armor (the new armour coming with Hammer Storm update) is Noble Six’s one. Maybe it has some features in common, but the armor I want to see is Mark V B, Noble 6’s canonical armor!

The MkVII never made it to full production because it was too expensive, the some reasons for this being the advanced shield sculpting system and nanorobotic repair suite. The MkVII was in turn, based aesthetically off of the MkVB, which is why Decimator looks similar.

okay, thanks for the information, but it’s not the Mark V B
Well I saw my favorite helmet when I looked at the decimator so its mark V to me buddy. Sure it has a few differences but so did the Halo 3 or Reach Mark V’s.

Personally, it doesn’t bug me if people call it the Mark V . I mean yeah, it looks a bit different, but so does the Mark V [A]. And I doubt we’ll get a “truer” Mark V so if people want to consider it as such I don’t see the issue honestly.

Well yeah 1/2 the forums been saying its based off of Naomis mark 7 which is based off of the reach armor you see noble 6 using
Oh man, I feel like the more people keep calling Decimator the Mark V , the less likely 343 will implement it in a future update. But there’s still hope since Bravo mentioned more Mark V variants on the way.
I don’t see the similarities at all I mean I guess if you squished the hell out of noble’s it would kinda look like a completely different helmet still
I like it but…it feels like its a bit chubby.

If they can make pizza and fries skins. Then they can make Mark V (b). I don’t care if they have a hula hoop of death or purple glowsticks. Make it happen 343 chop chop.

But… Noble 6 wore whatever armor we equipped. Thus, I don’t think 6 had an established armor lol. I could be wrong, I probably am.

There was still a default armor that everyone recognizes as “his”
That’s because it isn’t Mark V . It’s based off the Mark VII, which is in turn based off the Mark V**.**
The decimator was built by ONI to platform new tech such as Artemis tracking the model was based on the MK 7 and the MK7 was based on MK V B which was considered by use by beta 5 Assematryical action Division of the Office of naval intelligence In 2558 ONI uses decimator for its Spartan units as well as used in Operation :TORQUE Guiscardus
