December update issues

hi all – ever since I downloaded the December update 2015, my account has struggled to retain important information, such as how many req points I earn after a match.

I am currently sitting in a match of war zone assault on SUMMIT and I cannot access any of my REQs because I am unable to connect; “retrieving data.”

this was NEVER an issue for me before the update. I know others had issues, but this should not be a problem.

343, this needs to be addressed. Your game should be getting BETTER, not worse.

It should NOT take upwards of 4 minutes to “retrieve data” so I can use 5000 req points towards a silver pack.

And then when it finally loads, it takes an additional 30 seconds, because apparently, I have 0 req points, after a game clearly told me I had 5935 post game.

The req thing would happen to me before but it gotten worse now. It may have been because of the DDOS attack on PSN and Xbox Live though
