I heard that the first round of DLC is due in December.

Does anyone have a timeline for when we can expect it?

Indeed 343i wont be getting my money for DLC untill there is a TU.

I’m pumped for those new maps. Hope some are mid to small.

3 maps is NOT enough for a map pack, there are not enough maps as it is and only 3 per pack is not enough. It should be at least 5 new maps IMO.

DLC for Halo has always consisted of three maps ever since Halo 2, with the exception of the Anniversary Map Pack for Reach. I’ve never had a problem with it being three maps, nor do I now.

Would you rather get three map packs worth 800 points with three maps each within a period of six months, or two 1200 point map packs, one with four and the other with five, in the same time period?

They’ve always been 3 maps. This is nothing new. There would be more maps if they would put the rest of the ones that shipped with the game into MM. There are I think 3 maps that aren’t even in rotation. Not to mention they could add forged maps in as well.

there updating everything weeky so DLC should have flaws fixed beforehand, I am just gonna be a test dummy due to halo 4 LE

Agree. I’m expecting Halo4 will have dismal DLC numbers similar to that of Reach.

I feel as if they should give us a improved foundry or sandbox i want to play custom games again, but idk why are we getting dlc in the 2nd months i havnt even played on some of the BTB(which is my fault) more than once

I reckon they should add the default forge maps to MM first
