There are rules against calling out individuals on this site. The moderation team can’t ban people from the game or due to in game behavior. Even if we could we only have your word that this event occurred. Would you want us to take action against you if someone randomly posted on the forum that you had essentially assaulted someone?
There are also rules against posting about moderation decisions and being unnecessarily hostile. I’d suggest you take a few minutes to review the forum rules linked in my signature. You should also turn your caps lock off. It makes it difficult for me to give you the benefit of the doubt and accept that you are sincerely concerned for another person’s well being.

Now if you are sincere and this did actually happen then you can do a couple of things; you can use the <mark>in game report feature from the person’s profile</mark> and report the action to the Microsoft Enforcement Team. If they find terms of service have been violated the enforcement team can ban someone from playing the game. You can also locate the map or game type on the <mark>content browser here on waypoint and report the content itself.</mark> If the content is found to be in violation of any rules it can be removed.
There are warnings concerning seizures and video games. It has been that way since I was a child. Anyone with a seizure disorder should be aware of this possibility.

I think you would be hard pressed to find a lawyer willing to take your case when it comes down to, “I violated the rules of a forum and there were consequences.” It also doesn’t help your case to attack someone who was enforcing those rules. I’m going to give you the benefit of the doubt here and just respond to you.

If I was aware of an intricate plot to commit murder, I’d be contacting the police. I wouldn’t be calling out on a forum for someone to be banned. Now, if you have further questions or have difficulty in making the reports I suggested feel free to PM me.
