I drove the warthog to the Warden Eternal location and you were to busy shooting the Warden instead of shooting the spartans who were boarding our warthog. Now they have a warthog killing us and the Warden.

Switch to the driver seat, drive to the Warden Eternal, switch to gunner seat, win the game.

Even if he didn’t, OP already demonstrated he knew how to switch seats in SOME fashion since he honked at a random, then swapped to the gun.

Maybe his mindset was to use you to prevent them from killing Eternal so the team could wipe him out?
It would’ve been better for him to place you in a location where you could hit the opponents & then rotate to fire on Eternal near the end of his life but sometimes that doesn’t occur to people. Just gotta take it in stride man. It happens to all of us.

Why didn’t driver just drive it to Warden Eternal…
Or you could abandon the warthog and run for your life . It’s too bad there’s not a way to Jerry rig a warthog in the game to run straight into an enemy grenades in the vehicle. But I guess every game must have limitations , we can’t do everything on the battlefield . As for someone parking the warthog and running – his lack of communication . But if I ever see on the battlefield and a warthog I’ll make sure to drive it for you until we die or take out the enemy.
That’s why I save hogs for when I have a buddy online, people are so freaking clueless. The other day I stole an ONI hog, then got a gunner who proceeded to ignore the Banshee strafing us, instead deciding to shoot the AFK guy next to the spire.
Why are there six pedals if there are only four directions?
It’s also sort of a -Yoink- move to drive a powerful vehicle to someone, honk, then switch to the gunner seat.

I really really prefer gunner.Lets me go with the flow.I always let randoms drive my hog or mongoose,etc. I got a turret and left for someone,i got a scout hog and the guy with the turret just got in the back
