I have accessed all the terminals multiple times, but the achievement won’t pop. I even deleted save data and tried again to no avail. I can access all the terminals via the menu, but no achievement. Any ideas?
I suspect this is connected to Halo CEA’s strange save issues…I’ve played through the whole thing a few times, but waypoint only shows a few missions completed. Really strange. Are there any details on these glitches?

It unlocked fine for me last year, I have no idea what could be wrong. I’m sorry nobody is jumping in to help you. I hope your problem gets resolved though.
P.S. I had the same problem with the Halo 3 Marathon Man achievment
Are terminals tied to local account (HDD) or XBL GT? If the former, you could try recovering your GT on a friend’s Xbox and getting all the terminals. Just remember to recover it on your own Xbox again right away, because if you play offline first you’ll lose any offline achievements you get.
It seems to be tied to GT since it connects with waypoint. To be a little more clear, it’s actually a friend of mine that’s having the issue. We played through the campaign together splitscreen, carrying over save files between our xboxes, but we had a whole bunch of problems with lost saves. The storage system for this game just seems really glitchy. It might be related to the fact that it runs on the original engine…
Anyway, yeah we already tried your suggestion. After it didn’t pop for him on original playthrough, he played the whole campaign a few times on his own collecting all terminals to no avail, and waypoint doesn’t credit him with terminals either. Then I tried recovering his account on my xbox, deleting all save data, and playing through again. Still no luck.
We’ve been trying to contact 343 to see if they can just unlock it for him, but we haven’t been able to get a response. Does anyone have any ideas on how to contact them?

i know exactly wot u.mean feel like ive been cheated out of this game aswell heavy reader is the only achievement i need and wont unlock and 343 wont do nothing about it getting pissed off i refuse to buy halo 4 till this is resolved cuz from wot ive seen on other threads there is bugs and glitches on halo 4 aswell and ill be -Yoink!- if im spending $40 on a game just to deal with this rubbish again

Have you tried contacting XBL Support? Or tweeting @HaloWaypoint? Those are the only things I can think of. I hope someone will know what to do.
Thanks for the reply. Yes, I’ve tried both of those options. Xbox support pretty much told me there’s nothing they can do and I should try again…after I told them we’ve already completed it several times. Tweeting @HaloWaypoint never gets me a response.

Try sending BS Angel a message about this. Perhaps several other members as well. I’ve had good luck with that.
Maybe you just simply need to unlock all terminals on the same difficulty? I would listen to the others however.
