Dear 343i

I have no idea if anyone from support with 343i will see this or not, but I have a request on behalf of the reach community. I’ve been a Halo fan/player since the very first game for PC. I recently began playing this game (Reach) again and can say that it is easily the most enjoyable multiplayer game for me on Xbox 360. However, I have noticed, as I know have many other reach players, that the DLC maps are virtually non-existent/unavailable for play ever since the premium battle playlist was removed. This is a pleading request on behalf of everyone to do one of two things to remedy the problem. Would you please consider re-opening this playlist to players so that they can enjoy the full content that they purchased for this game? If that is not easily done anymore, now that this game is many years old and 5 is soon to be released, would you please consider making the DLC content either free for purchase or reduce it to a very minimal fee. I share the sentiment with many other Halo players that we’ve been robbed of some money in a way due to inability to use the content that we’ve bought. Providing this content to any stragglers will at least benefit those of us that did pay for it and allow us to enjoy what I thought was some of the best content available for the game. #Highlands

Side note - if anyone reads this and has a better option for who to contact at 343i with the request please let me know as well! Thank you and I hope you will consider this request seriously.

An avid Halo Fan

I’d suggest you try out the Matchmaking Feedback & Discussion section of the forums, but Reach hasn’t gotten an update in a while, and I doubt 343 would add in a new playlist considering the game is getting older.
The best we can hope for is some server maintenance before Reach gets backwards-compatibility with XOne.

If Reach is indeed going to BC we may have a chance of an update. I would like this as well, as the only achievements I have left are some multiplayer DLC achievements and it’s very frustrating that the appropriate maps and gametypes never appear.

I posted there as well Icarus, thanks for the suggestion. The nice thing about the premium battle playlist is just that - it has already been created and a part of the game previously. Bringing it back wouldn’t require hardly anything on 343’s part other than to re-add it. Wish I knew the thought behind why it was deleted to begin with! BradAric - What does BC stand for?

BC Backwards Compatibility. With it’s initial release to the public in November, roughly 100+ (think count is like 120) 360 games playable on XBox One. Those of us in the preview program right now already have a limited selection of those games available for testing.

This needs to be done ASAP

Backwards compatibility.
