Alright its 8:30 AM central time and after a night of drastic disappointment i’m finally off to bed. If I can’t download these maps when I wake up I will take both of my copies of halo 4, my 3 LE controllers, my LE strat. guide, and my halo 4 LE console into gamestop and sell them ALL…343…quit suckin the donkey diQ and get this -Yoink- solved.

A more fitting response would be THEY won’t miss you. Besides, 343 don’t care they already got your money. Lastly, you’re the -Yoink-. DLC won’t be released until later in the day.
Probably? They will. They were made prior to release, obviously by their quick release, and have 0 community feedback in them. They are large maps, and leave ZERO SMALL maps in this game. Haven is the smallest but it is much larger than lockout, midship, warlock etc.
Combine zero small maps and the severe lack of custom options, competitive halo 4 is a flop

OP is dumb for assuming the DLC would be available at dawn like every other game and every other Halo game? Fanboy.

Then the release date should have been halfway into Dec. 10th instead of Dec. 10th. and im not trying to show any disrespect to 343i or anyone else on here (except for that one d*mbass) 343 did an amazing job with halo 4 and I have huge respect for them but im just saying that a company that made a game that is as great as halo 4 is should have been more prepared for there first DLC launch…tis all sirs

Most maps are made for Sprint. We’ll see how that balances out.

Lose the attitude. Being insulting and vulgar towards both 343 and other forum members does not help your case at all. I suggest you go re-read the forum rules and guidelines.

I would miss him but I don’t play the game anymore due to it not being fun or interesting. 4’s pop is decaying pretty rapidly and it’s a little sad to see another person turned off the Halo series altogether, which is completely understandable given these ridiculous circumstances that 343i and Microsoft are putting us through.
I hear ya, OP. It’s just a total shame to see what has become of Halo. It’s just all about the money now, never mind whether the game is any good or not anymore. I guess we are going to have to wait until the Reclaimer trilogy is over and hopefully a more competent development team can take over the Halo reigns.
