I recently replayed Halo 3: ODST, and I realized that there isn’t any good ODST armor in Halo 5. I know there is spartan Buck’s set and the nightfall set, but I was thinking, now that we have silenced magnums, why not get ODST armor?
By this I mean we get a Rookie set, a Buck set, a Mickey set, a Dutch set, a Romeo set, and even possibly a Dare set. I’d say all of these would be ultra rare and Dare’s possibly being legendary, but that would be up to 343 to decide, but I don’t want redesigns of their armor, I want direct copies of the armor in Halo 3: ODST. I think it would be good because each ODST has a different helmet, and different armor (HOPEFULLY including the backpacks) that it would warrant a set for each, and it would give us a Halo 3 style recon helmet.
And if 343 does decide to do this for an update, I’d also love to see the classic SMG and silenced SMG variant, and perhaps a visor color that is as close as possible to the ODST visor, I feel that would really compliment it.
What is the community’s thoughts on this? Has anyone else been wanting this too? And can we get enough people agreeing that it might get 343’s attention, as many things have in the past?

Dear 343, instead of asking for even MORE pointless armor that does nothing for the game, a small number of additional Arena maps would be a great way of improving the map variety and MM/gameplay experience and would get fans hyped for new updates and keep them playing for longer…

Every update they put out they will add new maps, we’re just voicing what we would like to compliment the maps.

How about 2… maybe even THREE maps?? Rather than pointless content on the side?

I’m pretty sure every update will have new armor and other cosmetics along with the content. Heck, the Hog Wild DLC was pretty much entirely REQs. The microtransactions are pretty much what allow these updates to happen in the first place. If they are inevitable, I’d much rather have cool actual ODST armor or something than some more bra-strap, white lines, bug helmet armor sets.
Since I’m mute / micless, I would love to dress up as the Rookie.

Sure, more maps would be good too, but they already have so many, and on top of that, an extensive forge with hundreds of items being added each update, its not hard to make custom maps as well.
More maps would be good, and more forge canvases, they should do an update where they just add like 10 maps and barely any items, maybe some gamemodes too
