just pre-order the game from whatever vendor has the bonuses you want. if for whatever reason someone values skins enough to buy the game several times, at least they own those copies and can sell them. I don’t see anything scummy here, its literally just complimentary content for buying a game.
I got it on steam so my pre order was useless. who doesnt just give a pre order bonus for purchase on any platform
