Dear 343 Industries,
I have been wondering so much about Halo 5: Guardians updates and what will be included in them. You have made, in my opinion, an excellent game overall (and a huge step up from Halo 4), but what about the content that you didn’t add? If you do really look at posts like this, wouldn’t you know what the community is asking for? I admit that you have really added in tons of new content that people want, but there are some things that I just don’t understand why you couldn’t add them. I am not trying to be rude or offensive in any way, but the community is asking for these things and, in some cases, have been asking for them for years. Here are some examples:
Flyable Pelicans
UNSC Air Vehicle
Playable Elites
Weapon Lowering Fix
REQ Items in Forge
Spawnable AI in Forge
These are just a few of the pieces of content we want. So, to end this note, please answer the following questions:
Have you seen these requests?
If you have seen these requests, why have they not been added?
Do you plan to add this content in future updates?

I have noticed that if I watch a theater clip in slow motion or fast motion, there is no audio. Is this a glitch, and do you plan to fix it?

I praise you OP lol if the rest of the community was like thus maybe 343 would actually visit these forums more often( they might just not respond idk) the big one for me that I want is the ability to forge warzone and to put AI in forge
Now that I realize it, a UNSC air vehicle would be usless if it was a hornet or a falcon… It would be shot down immediately. It does not have the dodge and armor of a phaeton and the speed of a banshee…
Elites… and Req items in Forge, I would love that. Also in the January update tease they showed that you can see the lowered weapons outside of first-person, if that’s the fix for weapon lowering you are referring to.
I feel like a fly-able Pelican would be a huge bullet magnet. It’s one of the largest vehicles in the game, it would have to fly fairly slowly for it to be usable on maps, when flying something that big it would be hard to get behind cover so it would take quite a beating. Finally, why? What roll would the Pelican fit? It’s an airlift asset.

Totally agree, I wrote some more ideas in a forum under General Halo. only if 343 listened to fans.

Well, flyable Pelicans would be incredibly useless outside of Machinima, seeing how it would be incredibly over-powered in BTB, and in Warzone it would probably be shot out of the sky quicker than you can blink. It’s not technically a combat vehicle; it’s designed to be a flying bus. The one we flew in Halo 4 was a highly modified version that has not appeared in any other Halo media besides there. Not that I wouldn’t want to fly a Pelican, but I don’t see any realistic reason for 343i to add it in. A Falcon would be a much more likely addition, since it has less durability and mass, and has pre-existing data regarding its use in matchmaking. As for spawnable AI in Forge, it would require extremely complicated pathfinding programs in order for the AI enemies/allies to function properly on any combination of Forge maps. It would appear that weapon lowering has been fixed for the January Update, and possibly even in the December one as well: the teaser showed functional weapon lowering in Custom Games. REQ items in Forge is also a likely addition, as 343i knows how badly we want that and I wouldn’t put it past them to do so when Forge comes out or with another Update. PLAYABLE ELITES WON’T HAPPEN. PLEASE, STOP ASKING. You can have all the fun you want RPing the Elites when Halo Reach comes to the One in a few days.

Reqs myself I’m not to worried about, other than wanting to get a -yoink-ing DMR loadout Req Option for Warzone, almost lvl 40 and I still don’t have it

I’m with you on that one, bring in the reqs and AI and watch what the community can do!
