I bought all gold packs first. You can get common/uncommon/rares through promotions, commendations, etc…
I believe you can also get it through the Req bundle…

I have a ton of armor since I’ve been sticking to silver after getting alot of gold pack initally, but I’m saving all my points for the new stuff, incase we get new more expensive packs.
Even saved one of my WZReq Packs (from the limited/collector’s ed) but man I hope they stack as I don’t want to lose my “3 perms” from the WZreq pack.
I got my flood visor though!
