Then how do I unlock Deadeye and Locus? Oh what’s that? You DID lock away those two helmets, to those who pre-ordered at select retailers? Despite the fact that you literally said that wasn’t going to happen? Does this mean 343 Industries lied to people about what they were purchasing?
Can anyone tell me a way in which this is not fraud?
i seriously would work to achieve these helmets but it cant be skin cause helmets clearly dont have anything naming them as skins so i think its only preorder…

Think he is talking bout dead eye and locus which i havent seen anyone announce as unlockable in-game not the skin armor…the helmets

Perhaps. It may require a high SR-rank to get it and unlock it, so nobody may be high enough to see it yet.

This. My brother got Deadeye/Venator helmet day 1 using the codes. You get the skin version of the helmet, not the normal helmet (notice there is 3 recruit helmets, just with different skin)
It’s a Skinned Helmet/different version.
the highest is 50 and with all specializations unlocked and done you can go up to 110= 6 specializations

I have a friend with SR-53, he hasn’t completed all the Specializations.
Locus helmet can be unlocked by playing the halo 4 King of the hill app on you smart phone/mobile device. I have it, it siiiiick looking

you can go up to lvl 130, (8 specializations…)

I believe that they are indeed preorder bonuses only. Deadeye is also a unique helmet and not the venator skin/armour.

The SKINNED version is a different version of the helmets you can get in game. The helmet is the same, but the Paint on the outside is what is unique to the pre-orders.
SR-56 here, I still can’t see them 
hopefully they are just super high level unlocks. I wouldn’t throw the fraud word around until you know for certain they are locked away.

I can see Oceanic and Hazop around the 43-46 area and i am a SR-42.
I also have the Oceanic Circuit skin and Forest too. So i had both armor skin variants earlier instead to have to wait to use them.
So let me make this clear: These bonuses grant you early access to the armor SKIN variant. If you want the original, you’re just going to have level up.
Same thing happened with BR arctic skin. I was an SR-1 with it so i had the BR right off the bat and didn’t have to choose BR/DMR.
There must be some kind of in game requirement (like the Commendations) that allow you to see certain armors depending on what’ve you’ve progressed so far in. My friend can see the Green Visor but i don’t see it in my Armory. However, i can see the Midnight Visor (strangely enough) while he can’t.
Perhaps Voldo Helmet (LOCUS) and Dead-Eye helmet work the same way with the original, non skinned variants.

Interesting so if thats how you unlock locus than the only one thats missing is dead eye so how do you unlock thaat?

The GRD, from my recollection, was never promised in the DLC. So I don’t really know where you’re trying to go with that one.
But the armor is painted camo style, not the original. So I really don’t see what the problem is.
