I hope its not available in game. It was a preorder bonus, exclusive loses it shine if released to all. You can buy them on ebay, or call best buy and ask if they can still generate one.

343 confirmed all pre order bonuses would. But it would take a lot of time.
No plans or dates at all.
bs angel once said she wouldn’t rule out the chance of them becoming available sometime in the future, but that’s not quite the same as saying they will be released.
I don’t mind if they’re released eventually if Halo 5 is looming on the horizon, but I don’t think they should be released much before then since it ruins it for the people lucky enough to get one as a pre-order bonus or through the V energy drink promotion.
